Although our engagement with him was only for a lease, Steve's enthusiasm and commitment never wavered. Buying or selling a house is a stressful process, because for most of us, it's going to be one of the largest financial transactions in our lifetime. You therefore really want someone that can help guide you through the process with patience and helpful advice. Steve Stavrev is that person! Having listed our house in Markham, we still hadn't even decided yet where we wanted to move. We knew we wanted to head further out of the city. We had been checking out houses online in various areas, and must have clicked a link for one of Steve's listings. When he reached out to us to help us look for the right place, we really liked his no-pressure approach. We let him know what we were looking for and our budget, and he started setting up showings. Each visit helped him refine the choice of homes, and it wasn't long before he found us our dream home, within our budget, and gave us the right advice to help us close the deal.
